Prior to submitting your form, please make sure that you have read our registration policy for studio classes, payments, and refunds at the bottom of this page.

All information must be completed to ensure proper processing. You will receive a confirmation of the information submitted. This is not a reservation confirmation. We accept cash or checks for studio fee payments. Classes registered via the internet will require a minimum 50% deposit within 5 days of confirmation. Balance is due on the first day of class.

Please complete one form per student unless it is for two siblings taking the same class.

In an effort to to promote a safe learning environment, we ask that the guardian of students who are 15 and under fill out the following statement of responsibility:

I also understand that a participant whose actions interfere with The Artistry Project's ability to provide a safe experience for all artists will not be permitted to attend future classes.

Fall Class Policies

Registration policy for studio classes: There are varying size limits for our classes and all classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. For online registrations, a deposit of 50% must be received within five days of confirmation e-mail in order for a space to be held. Balance is due the first day of class.
Payment policy: We accept cash and checks.
Refund policy: Refunds of deposits and full payments will only be given up to two weeks prior to the start of class. Within fourteen days, deposit can be applied toward registration for another class, if available. Once a session begins, there will be no refunds or credits.
Make up policy: If a class is missed due to an emergency, arrangements can be made for artists to attend one make up class per session, if available. Make-ups must be arranged within the same session and they must be made in advance.
Walk-in policy: Walk-ins are welcome to attend our classes, upon availability. If you would like to try out one of our regularly scheduled
classes for just one day, or if you cannot commit to the full six weeks, an $25 fee will apply. Please call ahead for availability.

Summer Workshop Policies

Registration policy for studio classes: There is a six artist limit for our toddler classes, and a twelve artist limit for week-long workshops. All classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. For online registrations, a deposit of 50% must be received within five days of confirmation e-mail in order for a space to be held. Balance is due by the first day of class.
Payment policy: We accept cash and checks.
Refund policy: Refunds of deposits and full payments will only be given up to two weeks prior to the start of class. Within fourteen days, deposit can be applied toward registration for another class, if available. Once a session begins, there will be no refunds or credits.
Make up policy: If a class is missed due to an emergency, arrangements can be made for artists to attend one make up class within the same session, if available. Arrangements must be made in advance.
Walk-in policy: Walk-ins are welcome to attend our classes, upon availability. If you would like to try out one of toddler summer classes for just one day, or if you cannot commit to the full six weeks, the studio fee is $25 per class. To attend a one of the week-long workshops for just one day, or if you cannot commit to the full five days, the studio fee is $65 per day. Please call ahead for availability. Sibling Discount: Sibling discounts only apply for the week-long summer workshops and for siblings attending the same class during the same week. The cost is $300 for the first child and $150 for the second child for one week. Bring a Friend Discount: This discount only applies to the 8 to 12 year old summer workshops. The cost is $200 for two students.
